Marlowe said that it regularly reviews its business units to maximize shareholder value but hasn't made any specific decision on any of them.

The U.K. software-and-services provider--which was responding to recent press report about its testing, inspection & certification business--said Monday that the TIC business is a high-performing provider of critical safety and compliance services in fire, water hygiene and air quality, with a proven track record of delivering strong growth.
